Customers

Issue a new activation code

Send this to the customer. They enter it once at ac.savvyfze.com and their workspace is created automatically — no installer, no Software ID, no email exchange. Every entitlement lives in the licence record, so you can change their limits later without issuing a new code.

Platform administrators

A closed list, fixed in the database. Nobody outside it can hold full access, and this page cannot add to the list — only give an account to somebody already on it.

Give this temporary password to them in person or by phone — not by email. They must replace it at first sign-in, switch on two-factor, and activate their computer with a key you issue below.

Super-admin access log

Every entry into a customer's books. Named person, never "master". The customer sees this too.
